whiplash (movie)

this is a rlly good movie, you will probably feel really sweaty and anxious at the end but it is still really good. i think the best part is how all the characters actions and reasonings feel very understandable even if they seem completely crazy at first. people who make movie biopics should try and be like this movie since they have long amounts of music playing without it getting boring - it is nice to see it done right since so many music movies only have like a few seconds of music playing before they get worried people will get bored of the music playing for too long or something. its also well paced and keeps the ball rolling the whole way through, and the camera work is good too. also i am kind of into drums and like how they sound and work so yeah i thought this movie was pretty good.

amelie (movie)

i actually watched this movie a kind of long time ago so i dont remember it fully, but it definitely is memorable. i think a good way to describe it is very stylish and french. it was the first movie i saw apart from twilight which had a dedicated color palette but i really like the red and green even though i think it annoyed some people. i like how the plot kind of wanders around but also has an overarching story, and also amelie's hair is cool. i think the two scenes i remember most from this movie is the record player being cooked like a crepe and also the thing where amelie wonders how many people are having orgasms right now. yeah... this movie is really french you guys.

homunculus (movie)

i picked this randomly off netflix and thought it was rather cool. i thought the set design and stuff was good and i liked watching it a lot, except for that 1 sex scene, which i didnt think was that bad but still was kind of weird. the cgi was bad, but other than that i liked the characters and the acting and the story was pretty cool. apparently this is based off a manga which i kind of want to go and read now.

soul s-nano true wireless earbuds (tech)

well i got these for a little more than half off on sale at a random music store and they are OK. my last earbuds were earfunfree, but they got charging problems so i got these ones. i really like how small they are, its kind of cute really and theyre like 1/3 of the size of the earfun's. the buds are not smaller than usual earbuds though, its just that the case is hella small. the thing is that the bass is a bit shittier than the earfun's, but other than that they have good volume and the charge lasts for a long time. overall i say don't get it for full price but they are good standard earbuds for normal people who want little earbuds. also they come with a lobster clasp so you can clip it on random stuff.
